1980 NEW YORK COSMOS AWAY S (#5 C.ALBERTO)

Carlos Alberto known affectionally as "Capita" joined the New York Cosmos during the 1977 season, arriving on the day of the infamous New York City blackout of 1977 as he recounts. Alberto was instrumental to the teams success.  Polo Ralph Lauren would design the jerseys for the New York Cosmos momentarily.
