2003-04 Tunisia Home long sleeve jersey by Puma. The Tunisia national football team, also known as the Eagles of Carthage, represents Tunisia in international football and is governed by the Tunisian Football Federation, established in 1957. A member of FIFA and CAF, the team wears red and white and uses the bald eagle as its symbol. Most home matches are played at the Hammadi Agrebi Stadium in Radès. In September 2002, the Tunisian Football Federation hired former France manager Roger Lemerre. Tunisia, under Lemerre, won the 2004 African Cup of Nations, securing their first title and earning the CAF African National Team of the Year award. They later qualified for the 2005 FIFA Confederations Cup but only one match.
